Delivery

All files are delivered by email. All sold products are digital files or / and service only. After purchase, you will not receive any physical products.
A project is considered finished when final files are accepted, second half (50%) of payment is paid and files are delivered by the designer and reception will be confirmed.

ACCEPTANCE OF FINAL DELIVERY
Buyer shall, within 10 business days after receiving each deliverable, notify designer of any failure to comply, of any other objections, corrections or changes required. If Buyer fails to provide approval or comments within 14 business days after receiving Final Delivery, those deliverables will be considered approved and accepted.

International Clients are welcome – PFS is based in Poland but I accept international clients. I worked in the past with client form Finland, Italy, Turkey, United Kingdom, Poland and more

Payment

I accept 50/50  payment plan. 50% Due to book start date + start design | 50% Due before Final Delivery. First Payment is due upon purchase of first Private Listing and must be cleared before the booked Start Date. Final Payment (second 50%) is due upon purchase of second Private Listing which will be set up at the end of Creative Process but before Final Delivery of files. During process you can order additional revisions or design elements and will be billed and added to final payment. Please inquiry for a price list if needed. I accept payment through PayPal only. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to use this service.  All prices are displayed in United States Dollar (USD), and will be charged in United States Dollar. Buyer is always responsible for VAT after Jan 1, 2015

Refunds and Exchanges

All payments are final and non-refundable. If buyer will be completely unsatisfied with overall outcome of the project, buyer may opt-out (not pay) for second payment. In this case files won't be delivered and process will be considered finished. This is caused by the fact that Design is not only a product but also the creative process and requires dedication of designer's time and knowledge. Process includes professional consultation, research, gathering inspiration, building a coherent vision, sketching and visualization of ideas, revising and improving of design according to buyers' suggestions, formatting and preparing files for final delivery.

Print Designer is not responsible for any errors or omissions in a final products after buyer's approval, including any errors in printed materials or for unsatisfactory print result therefore no refund will be due.

COMMUNICATION AND ABANDONMENT

Communication with buyer is key step to developing design. I kindly ask buyers to remember that Creative Process is intense – both to the designer and the buyer. Buyer shall use all efforts to provide needed information, materials and approvals within a reasonable period of time (no longer than 5 days) When the buyer stops replying and contact will be suspended for fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days, the project will be considered as abandoned and completed - no refund will be due. The project may be suspended maximum up to a month at the buyer's request.  

PROOFS + REVISION

During each step of creative process you will receive proofs of design for your revision. Proofs (previews) of initial designs will be send in low quality with watermark for protection. You can NOT use them in ANY way and treat as design itself. Please kindly respect my time, creativity and copyright.

PROMOTION

Designer retains the right to reproduce, publish and display the Deliverables in Designer’s portfolios and websites, in galleries, design periodicals and other media or exhibits for the purposes of recognition of creative excellence or professional advancement, and to be credited with authorship of the Deliverables in connection with such uses. 

COPYRIGHT AND LICENSE

Designer grants to Buyer a non-exclusive, perpetual and worldwide license to use and display the Final Deliverables. The rights granted to Buyer are for use of the final deliverables in its original form only. Buyer may not change, create derivative works or extract portions of the final deliverables. Designer retains all rights in and to all preliminary works and shall remain the exclusive property of designer.

INTERNAL MATERIAL

Along with design consultation you will receive range of confidential materials such as: initial quote, final quote, project outline, price list, design brief or workbook and other materials. You can NOT copy, share, publish and redistribute this materials in any medium or format, you may NOT use the material for any (including commercial) purposes. All material is part of private and personalized process and considered confidential by either party shall be designated as confidential.
